This client wanted to have company for the holidays, bt her back porch had become a storage shed.  We spent the afternoon purging, prepping a load to donate, and after 3 hours the back porch was fit for company.

Finding a Place for Everything

After a move, the kitchen is typically the first room to unpack.  DDM works with the "head chef" to get placement for everything.  Sometimes there is even some purging that takes place after a move-in, and that's okay.  Many times there will be additional storage items to buy as well.  We take all of that into consideration during a kitchen unpack.

Getting a car in the garage!

This particular move-in was a downsize from 5000 sq ft to 1800 sq ft!  The garage was LOADED with boxes.  After several visits, and a lot of purging, my client was finally able to get her car in the garage, AND room for a golf cart!  These sturdy wire shelves were extremely helpful in getting everything within sight for ease of use.

This was a house that had been the family home and there were decades of stuff with no order to any of it.  Our crew logged many hours and opened every box, sorted, trashed, shredded, and had an estate sale.  We also used FB Marketplace to sell many items.  The house was then cleaned out and put on the market to sell.

Such a beautiful master closet, but in order to showcase the custom closet, items had to be sorted, purged, and/or donated to get it all out.  Such a fun project to use community resources such as a costume rental company to come and look through everything.  Now the new owners of the home can use every bit of this special space.
